Fundación Santa María la Real is a Spanish non-profit organisation created in 1994, focused on building the future through innovation, with a special emphasis on people, cultural heritage and the landscape. We offer employment and entrepreneurship programmes, digital transformation in the field of heritage and tourism, and social assistance services. Our work covers various national projects throughout the country and European projects, using innovative methods in skills development and employment support, heritage conservation and social assistance, with a team of more than 200 professionals. Our Employment and Social Inclusion area promotes social innovation through inclusion, supporting people and organisations in a constantly changing socio-labour context. We understand that access to decent employment is the main tool for social integration and, therefore, we develop employability programmes for unemployed people, especially those from the most vulnerable groups.
